My meditation on 22.12. (30 minutes in the morning).
This morning 30 minutes.
Christmas time was not good for my meditation practice. 23-26.12 I did no meditation at all (yaikes!). Organizing Christmas alone took its toll. I was exhausted and overwhelmed and did not seem to have time for even a little break. Which is not true, of course. It was just bad management.
Today my answer is: My innermost value is that of a mother of my kids.
(This thought was the first that came to my mind today).

"You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day, unless you're too busy; then you should sit for an hour"
as the old Zen saying goes.
But maybe this experience was good and necessary. Now I know how to support other people finding time for meditation in their busy lives. You must make it a priority, otherwise it does not work. And I will do that.
I will get back to the module 2 today. I hope I will get it done by the New Year. I want to start afresh with 2014.

As a part of the Lesson 2 assignments I listened to Mark Waldman´s interview on Youtube. I decided to do his exercise for the next 10 days. I am going to write an answer to the question
What is your deepest, innermost value?
and then meditate on that for 1 minute.
