My meditation today: 9:00 am (30 minutes), 16:30 pm (30 minutes).Yoga (35 minutes).

I slept well and had a nice day, including wasband taking me to the ferry terminal. We are on good terms. He seemed to be in a good mood. 

I arrived my hotel a couple of hours ago, after a wonderful trip on the sea. After the storm the sea was calm and it was very relaxing.

The hotel is OK though not grand but it is clean and tomorrow I will have my body balance class, which is the closest to yoga I could get in this country.
