My meditation today: 10:00 am (30 minutes).

After the sad movie-experience last night I slept well, till 9 and only woke up once. I took the dog out and did my meditation after that. And then I fell asleep and slept till 12!

I feel extremely tired and my energy level is really low. But I have decided to listen to my body and do what it tells me to do. So I sleep a lot. 

I am in a better mood now though there is still some sadness. I watched a couple of uplifting, emotional videos and had a good cry. 

I am determined to make this into a good day.
