My meditation today: 11:00 am (40 minutes). 6 pm (30 minutes). Will do the attracting love at bedtime.
Last night, while doing the Attracting love, I became really anxious and nervous and fearful. It was like all kinds of bad thoughts had been released. By the end of the meditation I started feeling better. I slept OK, woke up before 6 but fell asleep again, to wake up around 10 (!).
I took the dog out and did the meditation. It was great - again the same pattern occurred: restlessness until the end of the meditation and then for the final 5-10 minutes, total bliss.
Have now decided to extend my morning meditations with 15 minutes. Will meditate for 45 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at the "happy hour". Which reminds me that I have to go and do it now until it gets too late! It is 6 pm!
But before I go, I post a message I got from Eckhart today at FB:
I had felt a bit unsure whether what I am doing at present (reading and meditating and doing my course assignments) is "enough". But in the light of what I have today learned from stress (Sarah´s book!) and what the message above says, I seem to be doing the right thing, by sorting my insides out! When they are OK, everything will fall into place.
