My meditation yesterday: 10:30 am (30 minutes).
Today: 10:30 am (30 minutes), 7:30 pm (30 minutes), Attracting love/affirmations guided meditation at bedtime (30 minutes)
My daily rhythm has gone bonkers during the holidays! I stay up till early hours (yesterday almost 3 am) and cannot get up in decent time. It is always the same: I sleep too late, have to take the dog out, do the meditation, fall asleep and realize it is lunch time...
This has to change, I know, and it will, now that the holidays are finally over.
Yesterday was the Epiphany which is a public holiday in Finland. I cooked a turkey-lunch for my kids and spent the whole day in kitchen. It was fun and the food delicious. In the evening I watched the Eastwood film Hereafter, which I found interesting though not for artistic reasons. After which I watched the silly 17 again-film that I, unexpectedly, rather liked. It was fun and the script was well-written for an entertaining movie like that.
I had many a good laugh and as it is my New Year´s Resolution not to watch anything but funny or uplifting films, it was just as well.
Also, I have continued my Abraham-Hicks -marathon and particularly this film makes me cry each time I see it.
I have to finish the Lesson 2 today! Tomorrow is my son´s birthday. He is the troubled teen who will turn 17. We will go to my daughter´s place for a take-out dinner and some cake my daughter is baking. It will be fun! I love my family and am so grateful for them!
....
I did another meditation tonight and it was wonderful. My meditations have become really interesting. They are like little journeys where I see random things, as in dreams, and sometimes floating colors and shapes. Today I had a lifting sensation - I felt like I was going up up up and wondered whether I would start levitating. But no. Maybe half an hour is not long enough to experience that.
