My meditation today: 9:00 am (30 minutes), 5 pm (30 minutes)
I have been studying Abraham´s teachings quite a bit for the last week or so and am learning so much! I found a new website of Zehra Mahoon where I found a free e-book "If Thoughts Create...then? How do people attract negative events they have never thought about"
This was exactly what I needed to read! Her advice is so sound and logical. I love the idea, for instance, that when you release your request to the Universe, you should never ask questions such as when or how or where. The only question you should as is "why" because that puts you in the positive place of endless possibilities.
The other idea I got from Zehra´s book is that people are so busy focusing on wanting their great life that they do not notice the little events that occur all the time that are parts of the process of getting where you want to be. I made a list of things I have manifested and I was blown away! I realized that I have not only changed - I have become a new person! For one thing: I have not slept this well in years! After being depressed for decades (I know realize that I have been!), I now experience moments of blissful happiness every day and sometimes even whole days! I am financially comfortable NOW and the fact that I do not know what happens after I have consumed my present resources does not matter at all. Because I am not there yet! I am here and now and now I have enough for everything I want - right at this moment!
And perhaps the most important thing of all: I have found passion! I am drawn into the LOA like I have never been to anything before and it feels great!
I also made a visual of my Vortex, with all the things that I am wanting.
Here´s a quotation from Zehra´s blog that I find comforting. She is so down to earth!
"Abraham always saying: Like the river flows to the ocean, you are ebb and flow. And also that it is very good to be out of the Vortex, because that makes creation more interesting. Because it lets you know exactly what you don't want and as such what you really really want..."
