My meditation today: 12 am 10 minutes healing meditation with Deepak Chopra. 30 minutes sitting meditation

Yesterday: 2 pm (40 minutes)

I realize that I am in a roller coaster, swinging from misery to bliss.

Yesterday was a strange day. Thursday night was awful and I went to bed heavy hearted. I woke up at 5, feeling sad and anxious. I fell back to sleep. I had a very nice dream of which I do not really remember any details, just that the feeling was good. My husband was there and we did something together that felt nice. I woke up at 8 feeling calm and serene. The good feeling followed my throughout the day.

Chopra´s lecture on synchrodestiny inspired me and I started to look for synchronities. My intention is to find the soul mate and I tried to open my heart for the Universal guidance. 

I did receive some good news: I heard that my husband and the Girlfriend are out of town. This was a huge relief to me as I have been concerned of popping into them. I took this as a sign that they have left my energy field.

Also: a friend of a friend (whom I don´t know) wanted to become my face book friend. I took that as a sign that I am attracting nice men to my life. 

I had a very intensive meditation, with tears falling down my cheeks. It was very purifying. 

This morning I woke up feeling mellow. Again, I had a dream of my husband and even though there was a bit disappointing under-tone in it, him making arrangements to move to a new house by himself, it wasn´t a sad dream. I took my dog out for a lovely walk. The sun is shining and it is a lovely day. 

I realize now that the feeling I have had for a long time, of something wanting to come out, is not there anymore! What a relief!!!!

It is time for you to truly listen to what your heart is telling you to do. Use your intuition. Everything is energy and therefore everything is connected. Do not doubt your inner messages. They are usually correct. There are signs all around you. Be open to receiving all of life’s messages.

This is rather amazing, given that I have been listening to Chopra´s discussion on synchronities! And that I have been so wanting to connect with my soul to hear my inner messages. Wow!

I came up a fun game that I am thinking of playing this week-end. I pay attention to all posts that I find on the top of my Facebook-page. This is because after today´s meditation (which was really deep with amazing color/shape- visions and sensations and also, I had an intention for it: to connect with my soulmate on spiritual level ) I found this on Facebook:

I thought this was an amazing message from the Universe. So I am going to stay tuned to Universal broadcasts and try to crack the codes I am receiving to build a guidance pattern from it :)
