My meditation today: 12 am (50 minutes, starting with the 10 minute chant)

I had an amazing meditation experience today. I was quite nervous when I started as I have an eye-doctors appointment today and I am scared of doctors. Before the meditation I had listened to Chopra´s Synchrodestiny audio. In the session 15 he speaks about the Cosmic Dance, that is danced by the Feminine and the Masculine and how we should get connected with our inner God and Goddess, to access the powers within.

The idea that there is a Goddess inside me was fascinating and liberating. Chopra suggested that we search for a God/Goddess figure in mythology that represents the values or virtues we want to enforce in ourselves and then start speaking to them. I wanted to find a Goddess that would help me reunite with my feminine power and grace and lead me to my soulmate. I found the Lithuanian Goddess Milda, who, according to a website I found,  is a

goddess of love, courting, friendship and freedom.  She is the worst enemy of loneliness and she is often portrayed as a woman who drives a chariot pulled by doves.  She likes to ride naked, causing hearts to flutter and it is rumored that one glimpse at her delightful vision as it wafts down the street and you’re mere seconds away from love, romance, smooches and all the other stuff you’ve been waiting for.

And:

If you look for a friend or partner or you are not sure if the person you dream to see beside you feels towards you in a similar way, just ask Milda for help. Do not pray, kneel, or make offerings, just ask her. If you are sincere, Milda will always help you one way or another.  She especially enjoys helping people to overcome their shyness and various complexes, to break taboos and prohibitions in the name of love.

To be sure, her symbol M can be seen in the lines of my palm so I only need to look at my palm to know that she is there, helping me!

This was such an inspiring idea that I decided to dedicate my meditation to the connection with Milda. I started with the Om Mani Padme hum -chant that I love and then I sent my soul to seek Milda. What happened was quite extraordinary. I had the amazing sensation of being pulled by a force above me. It was like I was being sucked by a celestial power. I felt every cell in my body just getting elevated. It was almost as if I was levitating.

I am so grateful for the good Universe giving me the Chopra audio-book! It has been such a gift.

I still feel a bit anxious of the doctors appointment but with the help of Milda, I know it will be fine!

I painted an image of Milda - with what limited means I had just now within reach. I will do for now. I needed to see her!
