My meditation today: 30 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes in the evening.
Yoga: 30 minutes.
I had some friends for a sleep-over so I went to bed fairly late (1 am)but I did wake up fairly early (7 am) and did my meditation which was okay. I cried again, or its more like the tears fall down my cheeks. The grief is coming out, I know it. And maybe something else as well. During the evening meditation I felt a bit dizzy, like the world was tilting but I did not panic (=improvement!) but just went along with the ride.
I have been oddly restless and tired the whole day. The books arrived and made me feel excited. I did my evening meditation after taking the dog out, around 6:30 pm and then some yoga at 9 pm.
I probably have too much energy. Yoga is a good way to release the excess energy. I probably should do some exercise before meditation so as to prevent my thoughts racing.
All in all its been a good day. Right now, just before going to bed I feel calm and composed. I also feel deeply grateful for my family and house.
