My meditation today: 7 am (30 minutes). 

Body Balance work-out (1 hour), Sivananda yoga (1 hour)

How God Changes Your Brain meditation exercises (30 minutes).

30 minute body scan with a video recommended by Lorrie. 

After the bodyscan I did a Youtube search on meditation to reduce blood pressure. Meditation does lower blood pressure anyway but seems that one should focus on the breathing more so I will do that. I will start my meditation with a few minutes breathing practice, breathing through nose.

I realize that my problem with the BP is between my ears. It just seems to be the one thing I can do nothing about. I have a crazy phobia for blood pressure monitors and I feel ashamed and stupid for it. I freak out when I even see a monitor and my pressure goes through the roof which is why I am on heavy medication all the time. Also, my heart is restless.

When I get back home I will start monitoring the pressure even if I die doing it. I am sick and tired in living in fear.
