My meditation yesterday: 8:00 am (30 minutes). 20 minutes in a metro at 4pm and 15 minutes at 8 pm.
My meditation today: 9:00 am (30 minutes).
My morning meditation was pretty restless - until the magical thing happened again: in the last moments of my session I entered into that blissful state that I find difficult to describe. But what I can try to describe is the incident that took me there. It was like a quantum leap. I jumped from one energy level to another. It was a complete change of consciousness.
It gives me a great comfort to know that there is a place of love within me and that I can access it whenever I need to. It just takes a little while of meditation.
I realize I need to extend my meditation sessions with at least 15 minutes. I made that decision already but have not done it yet. It takes some 20 minutes or so for me to calm my mind and release the resistance. But I can do it.
I know that meditation should not be intentional - you should release all intentions and just go with it. And I am doing that. But there is a yearning also, to get into that high flying state, that place that Esther Hicks and Abraham call the Vortex.
Oh I just love being there! I never want to come back when I am there!
I feel excited and exhilarated! Meditation really gets me high! I don´t need other drugs.
