My meditation today: 9 am (40 minutes), 7 pm (30 minutes)
The morning meditation was good though mantra did not work out quite as well as I wanted to.
I am feeling a need to let go, of everything, as it seems I am still holding on to my past. I miss my husband terribly. But I do not resist even that now. I surrender to it. There cannot be anything wrong in the genuine feeling of longing. So I am not fighting it.
...
I had a hot bath and, as usual, got inspiration while soaking my body in the warm water. It is obvious I need to write my book and I need to do it NOW. There is enough information and knowledge. I can do it. I also have a plan for publishing it. I know who I am going to contact. And I know it will work out, once the job is done. Which seems to be the real challenge.
So - off to work I go!
....
I got to facebook and here´s what the Universe wants me to know today:
This is such an inspiring idea. You can use your personality for the good of womankind. This is what you are here for anyway!

This lovely piece of information came to me today from the happiness foundation website:
Ancient Egyptians believed that upon death
they would be asked two questions
and their answers would determine
whether they could continue their journey in the afterlife.
The first question was, “Did you bring joy?”
The second was, “Did you find joy?”

I found another lovely thought from a website I was guided to. In the African Ubundu culture, when
you meet someone, you say: ‘Sawu bona’, which means: ‘I see you’. You return this greeting with: ‘Sikhona’ or ‘Here I am’. This is the
‘ubuntu’ culture, which can be found in the whole of southern Africa. Ubuntu comes from a Zulu proverb: ‘umuntu ngumuntu ngabantu’ or ‘a human being only becomes a human being through other human beings’. We are who we are because we are seen, because the people around us respect and acknowledge us as a person.
You are a human because you are seen by others. Just lovely!
I was listening to a lovely interview video of Kathryn Temple, the founder of the Happiness Foundation. She says this:
"If you can use your personality in the service of your soul - that is what you are here for."
This is such an inspiring idea. You can use your personality for the good of womankind. This is what you are here for anyway!
