My meditation today: 7 am (40 minutes)
I was reading Perfect Health last night and learned about the good day routine. You should get to bead early and wake up early. I went to bed at 10 pm and, after restless half an hour, managed to fall asleep.
I woke up 5:30 which is too early for me and at least it feels like it. I could not sleep again and also it turned out that my dog had diarrhea and he needed to get out. So out we went, for a walk. Back home I ate some yoghurt and did the meditation. I fell asleep as I usually do after morning meditations and felt completely groggy at 10 when I finally got up.
I must do something to fix the habit of falling back to sleep after meditation. Is it a symptom of tiredness or is it just laziness?
